• Booking a Transfer: For early morning transfers to the airport or train station, it's best to make the booking the night before. For a complete booking, we need a phone contact and flight number.

• Arrivals: We recommend booking arrivals in advance. We will monitor the arrival time, and the driver will call you upon arrival. The driver can also wait in the arrivals hall with a sign displaying your name or your company's name.

• Train Arrivals: For train arrivals, it's best to make the booking from the train, about 20 minutes before arrival at the station. Dispatch will inform you of the specific car and where it will be standing at the station (at Svinov station, it will be the North or South exit and the Ostrava city information center).

• Trip to Auschwitz: A trip from Ostrava to Auschwitz and back after 4 hours costs 3800 CZK. The driver will be waiting for you in Auschwitz.

• Payments: Fixed-price transfers must be reported to dispatch when booking and later to the driver. Please notify us in advance if you wish to pay by card, as not all cars are equipped with a payment terminal.

• Corporate Payments: For companies, we offer the option of payment by invoice.
